Is it enough context to understand who is the lady the presenter is talking about? 0:00-0:07 (
)

Yes, of course there is. There is only one lady sitting to the right of the person the presenter points at - that lady is Anya Taylor Joy.

If you meant "Is there enough context to know her actual name?" then I suppose the answer is no (although the title of the video gives her name) but there is certainly enough context to know that he's referring to the lady sitting to the right of the man.

I am confused about the phrase at the very beginning."...saying to your I'm going to say right". What does it mean there?

It's sitting, not saying.

It's sitting, not saying.
"Sitting to your I am going to say right"? The presenter is pointing out to the actress, saying that she is on the right. Is it correct?

Yes.

The interviewer got confused for a second about left and right. From the interviewer's perspective, she's on the left, but from Nicholas Hoult's position, she's sitting 'to his right'.

"Sitting to your I am going to say right"?
To make it clearer in writing, we might put either brackets or commas around "I'm going to say". Those words are uttered while the speaker is trying to work out in his head on which side of the man the woman is sitting.
