Is the order of the following pronouns necessary?
1) You, he and I are of the same age.
2) We, you and they are in the same grade.

What do you mean by "necessary"?
 
In 1, you need to put I last.

Just forget about sentence 2 and find another way to say it.
 
Who is the you in the last sentence and how are they not part of we?

Jutfrank has given you the only rule that applies to the order of pronouns (and even then it's not really a rule, more just a convention). All the others can be put in any order you like.
