    Uses for which the capital letter is conventional are personal names and geographic names.

    Yes, that is clear to me. (I think you forgot the word "and".) When diagramming free-hand, I would prefer to send the dashed line that connects the relative pronoun to its antecedent out around the subordinate clause instead of through it, but that requires a curved line.
