I understand that that the subject slot is being occupied by an infinitive phrase, but I cannot wrap my head the diagram. If someone could lend me a hand, that would be great.

Nicely done.

Pronouns are not always connected to their antecedents, however, in Reed-Kellogg, so I think in this case the dashed line is not necessary. It is a nice touch, though.
