How should this sentence be diagrammed...............

What do you mean by diagrammed? If you want to break it down, you could do it as follows:

Let us go

Let = verb in imperative form (orders and instructions)
us= the object (pronoun, 2nd person plural)
go = infinitive or bare infinitive
