Does these sentences make sense?

2) He's being ready for school.
Or
He's doing ready for school.

Actually, I'd like to use the word BEING in the sentence. So, please try to correct these sentences with reference to word "BEING".

Or
He has been late for school. -- Possible. Tommy can't be late today. He's been late to school twice so far this week and if he's late again, he gets detention .

2) He's being ready for school. -- Not at all. He's getting ready for school or He is ready for school.
Or
He's doing ready for school. -- Not possible.

These sentences don't work with "being."

Your second sentence should probably read........

He's getting ready for school.

or

He is ready for school.

Which is appropriate depends on what you intend to say.
