Is this sentence right in school contexts? "20% of the final class score is to be devoted to class attendance."

Any other verbs instead of 'devoted' please?

For example:

Final class mark/score/grade is based on:

Course work - 30%
Final Examination: 40%
Extended Essay: 10%
Class Attendance: 20%

A 100% attendance record would get the full 20% of the final marks, One percentage point might be lost for every 2% fall in the attendance record.

I'd write "20% of the final score is for attendance and participation."

Meaning attending is not enough, they also have to talk...
