Only the last one works for me. But "good" is not something to trumpet. They probably offer "quality" shipping services. Or "affordable." Or "world-class." Something like that.

Any one of the three are OK and would not be unusual to hear in AmE.

By the way, in the case of "after-sale service," I believe that Americans would say:

but not
2. The company offers a good after-sale service.
or
3. The company offers good after-sale services.

2 is not good. 1 or 3 could work, depending on how you think of the company's offerings. Normally, it's 1, but if the company offers a variety of services, you would use the plural.

By the way, in the case of "after-sale service," I believe that Americans would say:

but not
2. The company offers a good after-sale service. OK . With "a" it suggests a possible service guarantee or contract.
or
3. The company offers good after-sale services. OK. Suggests a number of different or variety of services.
