    Default Causative verb

Acts 10:11 He saw heaven opened
(Rev 19:11). I saw heaven opened

Can anyone enlighten me why is it that that it is 'opened' after 'saw'? I thought it should be 'open' since 'saw' is causative.

    Thank you!

In my opinion, 'I saw heaven opened' could mean that heaven was already open when I saw it, whereas 'I saw heaven open' could mean either that or that I saw it as it was opening', so the choice of opened would avoid ambiguity.

"I saw heaven opened" could mean I saw heaven in the process of being opened by something or somebody.

How is "saw" causative in these examples?
