Here is the scenario:

I was born in this village. All my life is spent in it. I have never stepped out of it.

Is there an adjective plus noun to describe myself?

I think 'lifelong' or something like that is probably the best way of saying this, except when there's a special toponymic for 'dweller_of_place' - like 'I'm a Londoner, born and bred'.

It depends if you still live in Tokyo or not.

If you are looking for a simple adjective+noun that covers all possibilities, the answer is 'no'. We can talk about this for another dozen posts in an attempt to find ways of getting round it, but the basic answer will still be 'no'.
