I am seeking some guidance about both written and spoken English

Hi, I have learn English through out both my primary and high schools levels in Uganda but i still find it difficult to speak and write. I could say, i fairly speak English well but when it comes to presenting this spoken English into written i find it very tricky.

I have been thinking about this all along and i am wondering how i could improve on majorly my written language. Is there any mean or ways to improve both my written and spoken language?

Do you read much in English? Reading widely and frequently does have an impact on your writing.

Also, put a sample of your writing here for people to look at in the section for writing:
