Default You can't judge her on such short acquaintance.

You can't judge her on such short acquaintance.

In the sentence, does 'can't' mean 'aren't able to' or 'shouldn't'.

I am trying to translate this sentence correctly and would appreciate it very much if anyone could make it clear for me. Sorry there is no context. It's an example from a dictionary.

It could convey either meaning. It is impossible to tell without more context - even then, the intended meaning may not be absolutely clear. A careful writer/speaker would use another word/phrase.

Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

I think it means you are not able to (successfully) arrive at a judgment about her without knowing her better.
