Default 'I am tired about watching TV'

Could you tell me which preposition should we use after the adjective 'tired'?
such as 'I am tired of watching TV' or 'I am tired about watching TV'
    and the difference between them.
    Thanks.

The difference is, "I am tired about watching TV" is wrong.

    Hello, trueheart.

"I am (sick and) tired of watching TV." - Please go to ChickenSandwich's link for the definition.

I've never heard/read "...tired about...", but

"I am tired from watching TV." is fine, I think. 'from' in this sentence is used to indicate the cause of something.
(Please check definition #11 here: Merriam-Webster's Learner's Dictionary)

I hope I can be of some help to you.
