Sentences 2 and 4 are correct.
I don't know many people who have "free" internet in their houses.
Thanks for the answer but I'm wondering why 2 and 4 are correct. I was taught when we use the word "Internet" it is preceded by 'the'.
Whilst I agree with you that I do not have the whole of the internet in my house, I must point out that in BrE, we tend to say "Do you have the net at home?" and "I'm finally getting the net in my flat on Friday". I would say "Do you have internet access?" but never "Do you have internet?"
I was very unhappy when I got home from work today to discover that I'd lost the net.
