What does STIR THINGS UP mean in this sentence?
You are interested in people and eager to stir things up in a way that can elevate, inspire, and educate them.
I am doing a translation and in my language translated as' introduce changes that can..." not sure if this is what is meant here.

This is from the phrasal verbs section of Using English: Stir up - English Phrasal Verb - UsingEnglish.com

However, it does not have to mean "to cause problems". It can simply mean the same as shaking things up, to make some changes.
