Need your help structuring a sentence

Hi all,

I a designer preparing a business card for a client,
it's for a commercial company opening a retail branch.

I'm struggling with this, I need to write on the card below the logo:
- Retail company by XYZ
or
- A retail company by XYZ

What would be the proper way to structure this? with an "a" or without?
