When I first joined a company it was suffering of a low adoption, small number of active user with low utilisation of the services and in a short periods numbers not doubled but trippled, and awarness about the service has extremely increased. Which is considered a success story that I am proud of.

1. I told you that you had used the wrong preposition. What preposition should you have used?
2. If the phrase is supposed to mean "penetration", how would you rewrite the underlined section using that word instead?

The underlined phrase suffering of a low adoption is not a term for anything. It's wrong.

Saying of a is incorrect. You could say suffering from low adoption.
