Two things

This is a lot more than one sentence.

What do you mean by "Please prepare yourself"?

What is the idea of telling yourself to prepare yourself?

I suggest you check your writing again for spelling and grammar mistakes and write proper sentences. A sentence should start with a capital letter and end will a full-stop, not a comma.
I am sure you can do better than that.

Gold should be goal.
Plumbing, not plumping.
Say: I like your country very much, not I very like your country.

Email

Let's look at #5.

Q:What did you like about training in Hong Kong?
A: I like your country very much. It is clean and safe, and I like the transportation system.

I suggest that you find the "Thank" button and that you get acquainted with the quote feature.

Since it's not a sentence, no. It's not. Also, it's unclear what is intended.

NOT A TEACHER

Hello, Mooyong:

Do you mean something like this:

"I have received an email from human resources informing me that I should be prepared to meet Ms. Cavin tomorrow."

P.S. In post #3, you refer to "Mr." Cavin. Is the CEO a man or woman?

Best wishes

NOT A TEACHER

Hello, Mooyong:

Please remember the following:

Mr. Cavin = a man.

Mrs. Cavin = a married woman.

Ms. Cavin = an unmarried or married woman. (If you do not know a woman's marital status, it is always polite to use "Ms.")

(Here in the United States, one always uses a period after "Mr." and "Mrs." and "Ms.")

Best wishes
