I've subscribed to Disney+ channel recently. There are many dramas, and my favourite is The Simpson. Although movie theatres have been closed, I can still watch some new movies on the channel. However. I won't subscribe to it every month because my strategy is when new shows have accumulated to a certain amount, I then subscribe to it and watch them all, and after that, I unsubscribe. I'll repeat that actions.

I'll repeat that actions action as often as necessary.

-Are closed sounds more natural than have been closed in this context.

I used "have been closed" because it was not their choice. They were closed by government mandate. They were told they had to close.
As a non-native speaker, you're not in a position to say what sounds natural/unnatural to native speakers. There's nothing wrong with "My strategy". If there had been, I'd have changed it.
