Last week, I received a box of Christmas chocolate from my aunt. The chocolate was too sweet and it didn't taste much chocolate in it. I didn't like it at all. Today, my mother bought a bag of chocolate from a famous brand, and it mixed with different collections. After eating them all, I couldn't believe that none of them was tasty. Maybe I'm too picky or just the chocolate doesn't fit my taste.

True, but "the chocolate didn't suit my taste" is possible if the speaker means the type of chocolate that was used to make all the chocolates in the box.

In the second sentence, you could say they didn't taste like genuine/pure chocolates.

I imagine there could be government regulations about the percentage of cocoa in chocolate, but I can't see that there could be such regulation about the amount of cocoa in chocolates.

In any case, whatever government regulations might say, 'genuine chocolates' means nothing to most native speakers.
