Oh. OK. That wasn't clear, you're right. When making a toast or clinking glasses, instead of "Cheers", we say:
Bottoms up!
Up yours! (Careful, this can be construed as rude.)
At a wedding etc, you repeat whatever the words of the toast were, usually something like "To the bride and groom" or "To Jim and Sarah" (or, of course, any combination of male and female, male and male or female and female names").
