I am a dog which loves to be clean. So please make sure to bathe me every week, or fleas will grow on my body.

Is it right?

No. We don't use "grow on" with fleas. Say "My dog will get fleas" or, more formally, "will be infested with fleas".

I am a dog which who/that loves to be clean no full stop here so please make sure to bathe me every week, or I'll get fleas. will grow on my body.

Note my changes above. I don't recommend that learners try to start sentences with "So" until they're absolutely certain they've got it right. I changed "which" to "who/that" - since you seem to be writing as if you are a dog, you have humanised it so I'd use "who". However, you can also use "that", but not "which".
