The usage of the noun success

For example if I want to say:
He is a success.
Is it grammatically correct?

I have a question about the usage of the noun "success".

For example, if I want to say: is it grammatically correct to say the following?
He is a success.
Is it grammatically correct?
Please note that I have changed your title. Please always use the sentence you're asking us to look at as your title. Your actual question should appear only in the main body of the post.
Note my other corrections above.

Yes, your sentence is grammatically correct. Whether it's correct and natural for a specific context would depend on the context. Can you give us a scenario in which you would use that sentence?
There are other ways of using that noun as well.

I want to describe someone by using an adjective; in this case, I would say he is successful.

But in this sentence (he is a success), is it supposed to have the same meaning in the same situation?

Offhand, I would say they mean the same thing. (See below.)

Abe: He's successful.
Bob: At what? What's he a success at?
Abe: Business. He's a successful businessman.
Bob: OK.

Abe: Business. He's a successful businessman.
Bob: OK.
