1. I have had/owned this car for two weeks.
This sentence means that I bought/got this car two weeks ago, and I still have it.

Are the two sentences below correct?
2. I have bought this car for two weeks.
3. I have been buying this car for two weeks.

(2) is not possible. You could say "I have rented this car for two weeks". Two. weeks is the length of the rental contract
(3) is just about possible if for some odd reason the process of buying it has taken a long time.

You probably mean: I've had this car for two weeks.
