Are the following sentences correct and natural?

I ordered a set of dinner meal from online restaurant. And they will pass my meal to driver who accepts a order from their smartphone. After that, the driver is in progress to deliver my food to my house.

All three contain errors. Let's start with sentence 1. What is a "set of dinner meal"?

For example, you came to Mcdonald to buy a set of food. There are hamburger, fried and drinks.

Such combinations are typically referred to as 'combo's' or 'meals' in the US.

For example, I might order a #2, and server will then ask if I want the combo/meal, or just the sandwich/burger/whatever.

As you know, we don't call this a "set of food" or a "set of dinner meal".
Let's move on to the next sentence:
And they will pass my meal to driver who accepts a order from their smartphone.
1. As a learner, don't try to start a sentence with "and".
2. There are two indefinite articles in English - "a" and "an". Do you know the rule that governs how to decide which one to use?

The article of "a" is to use singular and "an" is also to use before the words with "a,e,i,o,u".

The waiters will pass my order to driver who accepts an order and click the button on their smartphone.

That's correct. Remember to put a space after every comma.
The waiters will pass my order to driver who accepts an order and click the button on their smartphone.
OK, now you've changed sentence 2 completely. Fine, but now you have two more errors. You need an article before "driver" and one of your verbs does not agree with its subject.

The waiters pass my order to a driver who accepts an order and click the button on their smartphone.

Is it correct now?

The waiters pass my order to a driver who accepts an order and click the button on their smartphone.
The underlined verb is still in the wrong form.

The waiters pass my order to a driver who accepts an order and clicks the button on their smartphone.
The waiters pass my order to a driver who accepts an order and press the button on their smartphone.

I'm not sure the second sentence is correct or not. Might be two sentences are wrong.:)

The waiters pass my order to a driver who accepts an order and press the button on their smartphone.

I'm not sure if/whether the second sentence is correct or not. It might be that two both sentences are wrong.:)
OK, they're now spelled correctly and are grammatically correct. However, a couple of changes need to be made to make them logical. I think you mean:

The waiters pass my order to a driver who accepts it by clicking a button on their smartphone.

:D

I'm not sure if the final sentence is correct or not. It might be wrong again but I do the adjustments for it, can you please check it?

After that, the driver deliver my meal to my house in progress.

You keep making the same mistake over and over. The driver clicks not click. He delivers not he deliver. With nouns and third person singular pronouns you must use a third person singular verb.

For example:

The boy runs, not run.
The car honks, not the car honk.
The siren shrieks, not shriek.

There is no need for the last two words at all and they're meaningless here.

After that, the driver delivers my meal to my house.
