Please let me know waht will be "indirect spech" of the following sentence.

"We already offered you our best price and there is no room available for further discounts."

Why don't you try first if you really need to put it into indirect speech.

What do you mean by "indirect"? Do you mean more polite? Try:

- I'm sorry we can't do any better than that. It's already discounted as deeply as we can go.
 
The indirect speech version of your original, in the context you gave would be:

I told my customer that we had already offered him/her the best price and that there was no more room for further discounts.
