Hello, everyone!
I read the following as a part of the acknowledgements section in the identity of a Greek book translated into English.
"Our special thanks to A.Publishers for their kindly permission to use extracts...".
I wonder if the use of 'kindly' is correct. I know 'kindly' is not only an adverb but also an adjective, but is it correct to say 'kindly permission' - instead of 'kind permisssion'?
Thank you in advance!
