Need help filling blank spaces in an audio clip transcription

What I get:

Mandy: She's an architect
Mayor: Oh, I know, I know everything about Laura.
Laura: But, how's that?
Mayor: So, loose lips, big ears, smaller [???]

I can't make out the last word, but it starts with a P. The preceding word is small.

Intriguing! I've listened to it three times and I can't work it out. It sounds a bit like "power" but that doesn't really make sense in the context. Mind you, I can't think of a word that would make sense there!

I made a slower and amplified version of the audio clip. Here it is, in case it could use. It would make sense that he said "small town" but it sounds like a P to me too, even though I'm not a native speaker...

Aha! I think you've hit the nail on the head. "Small town" does make perfect sense and actually, slowed down, it sounds less like a "p".
