I wrote the following sentence in a essay

"Despite the aforementioned pros there are cons as well."

My teacher asked me to come up with something better, rather than using "pros" and "cons" but I couldn't think of anything other than "advantages" and "disadvantages". So, is there any other better way to construct this sentence using some proper and suitable words?

'Advantages' and 'disadvantages' are fine. 'Benefits' and 'drawbacks' could work.

Does "pluses and minuses" work?

I don't think the teacher would think pluses and minuses were better than pros and cons.
