Peace and greetings to all .. this is my first post:

First question: Which sentence is right? [Part of a message I want to send]

1) A friend gave me your email address and suggested that I contact you.
2) A friend gave me your email address and suggested contacting you.

.. another option:-
A friend gave me your email address and suggested that I contacted you.

Is it normal to moderate each and every post by all, or do you have a grudge against Sudanese people?;)

I didn't know you were Sudanese until I read that. However, if you respond to several threads a day you want to keep confusion to a minimum.

There is a difference between moderating posts and responding to them.

The first ten posts of any new user automatically go into moderation and are only publicly visible once a moderator has approved them. After that, posts will go straight up.

Note that I have deleted my entire post about "Not a teacher" and your response. It was entirely my fault. I somehow misread the username on post #1 and thought a completely different user had started this thread and that you were responding. I apologise.
