1. We will hold the meeting on/at the fourth floor at 2pm.
2. The lift is on/at the fifth floor.

I would like to confirm that for #1, 'on' is correct, and for #2, 'at' is correct.

"On" is certainly correct in the first. Both "on" or "at" are possible in the second.
