why you gotta be rolling up on me,what does this mean???????????

It means nothing to me. What is the context? One question mark is sufficient.

 Context would help.

Without it I'd guess something like this:

Why you gotta... - Why is it necessary for you to...
be rollin' up... - adopt a defensive posture...
on me? - to my disadvantage?

Urban Dictionary: roll up

According to this, "rolling up" means to arrive, like when your car rolls up to the house.

In this context I would guess that the arrival also includes some sort of hassling of the person, hence the frustrated query.

Similarities and Points of Departure

Between US and EC Leniency Programs 2007
Settlements in the form of plea agreements are common in
the US, particularly after a successful amnesty application.
DOJ seeks to “roll up” guilty pleas or convictions against the
other cartel participants, using information learned or
enabled from cooperation of amnesty applicant and potential
cooperation credit against fine as leverage.

Urban Dictionary
:
roll up: to grant immunity to facilitate an indictment of a higher criminal.

Above are a couple of sources that might suggest another possibility.
The big-time criminal is saying to the smaller player: "Why are you ratting on me just to get a break?"

not a teacher

Hi J,
However, I think that, without any more context, I find entry #6 in the same dictionary - "to intimidate someone into leaving a group or area, usually accompanied with implied or express threats of violence."If I find out you ratted on me, I'm gonna have to roll you up."" - would also make sense.

Without more context, anything we say is little better than a guess.
