I wonder if all the sentences are natural and have the same meaning. BTW they are all mine.

1 Your inquire is being processed. You ought to receive a response in the following days.
2 Your inquire is under process...
3 Your inquire is in progress...

It may be useful to know that in the UK, you should use enquiry, not inquiry.

Plus, I definitely wouldn't advise using in progress in this context. being processed is good.
