I wonder if all the sentences are natural and have the same meaning. BTW they are all mine.

1 Your inquire is being processed. You ought to receive a response in the following days.
2 Your inquire is under process...
3 Your inquire is in progress...

1 Your inquiry is being processed. You can expect to/should receive a response in the next two/three/few days.

2 Your inquiry is under process... :cross:

3 Your inquiry is in progress. [as in #1]
:)

"Inquiry" is the noun.

So "in progress" and "being processed" mean the same, right?

They more or less mean the same in this context.

Or
Your enquiry is being looked into/attended to/receiving attention.

I believe you're based in the UK, NamelessKing?

It may be useful to know that in the UK, you should use enquiry, not inquiry.

Plus, I definitely wouldn't advise using in progress in this context. being processed is good.

Yes, I'm living in Manchester. What about Ted's suggestion? I don't think I've heard "enquiry is being attended to"

I like tedmc's first suggestion: Your enquiry is being looked into.
