Hello, teachers!

I have a question: Do native speakers of English use the following?

1. I have two times as many books as you (do).

I think "twice as many ..." is much more common, but I just want to know whether #1 is also used, and if so, how often you use #1.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

yam.

'Twice as many' is standard.

You're only likely to hear 'two times as many' from children or non-native speakers.

Thank you very much for the quick reply, Rover_KE.
Now I understand the expression is not used in normal situations.

Thanks, again.
