Are these sentences OK? I have used "have copied" and "cc" in these sentences.

I have copied this email to Mandy so she knows what is going on.
I have cc this email to Mandy so she knows what is going on.

It says the past tense and the past participle of cc are 'cc'ed'.

I would use "cc'd."

To avoid the awkwardness of using either "ed" "'ed" or "'d", I would probably say "Did you cc Mandy?"
