By the way, you sentence is rather strange. It seems to suggest that if it is your first pregnancy you're probably not noticing a big difference in your life.

No.
We don't have a "primary" pregnancy going on in one part of our body and a "secondary" pregnancy going on somewhere else. Primary's more dominant meaning is "main" not "first." And no human mother I have ever met thinks of her pregnancy as a "gestation."

To repeat 5jj's question: Why would you even WANT to do this?
