Are the uses of 'wish' and 'hope' correct ?

We had a great trip in Turkey and we really enjoyed ourselves. I wish we could stay Turkey more days. I hope that we'll back there soon.

Are the uses of 'wish' and 'hope' correct[no space]?

We had a great trip to Turkey, and we really enjoyed ourselves. I wish we could have stayed in Turkey longer. I hope that we'll go back there soon.

Yes, you used them correctly.

Since you mentioned Turkey in the first sentence, you could also say:

- I wish we could have stayed longer.
- I wish we could have stayed there longer.
