Is it correct to pronounce "clothes" as "close" so without the "th" sound ?
And can it also be pronounced as "closes", so without a "th" sound and with a "z" sound at the end ?

It is pronounced as klōz, klōthz or Klohth depending on where you live.

In India, we pronounce klōthz with the sound ‘th’ and the 'z' sound at the end.

I have learnt it's kluths or kluthz.

What does your 'u' mean? In British English (RBP), the voicing changes the vowel:

clothes - /kləʊðz/

cloths - /klɒθs/
('Cloth' can be either countable or uncountable. It's often countable in compound words like facecloth or dishcloth.)
