Please take a look at this short paragraph.

In my opinion Dr. Evil was the best comedic movie villian of ALL time, aside from Ken Jeong's character in The Hang Over trilogy. I dont remember a time where I laughed harder and louder at the movies than when I watched the Austin Powers trilogy. I really hope they make another Austin Powers movie. I miss the 90s!

You need a comma after "opinion". You have misspelt "villain" in your piece. I would use "I don't remember a time when ...".

Everything else is OK.

I would use "I don't remember a time when ...".

So, is I don't remember a time where - wrong?

You'll hear it but it makes more sense for me to use "when" if you are referring to time.
