Please check these sentences.

1) Stand at the back of the bench(bench press bench, while doing chest exercise) so that you can help me when I ask for help.

2) Stand at back of me, so that you can help me in doing the shoulder or you can help me do the shoulder exercise.

Please reply.

Neither one is correct.

Can you think of a one single word which we use to describe something which is "not in front of" something?

What should I say?

1) Stand behind the bench press, so that you can help me when I need it.

2) Stand behind me, so that you can help me do the shoulder exercise.

Why did you not answer the question I asked you in post #4?

Because I couldn't remember "Behind" at that time.
