[Vocabulary] Is any and its derivatives correspondigly interchangeable with every?

After our discussion here I want to know if we can use anything instead of everything, (correspondigly anyone vs everyone & anywhere vs everywhere).
For example, John eats any tropical fruit have same meaning with John eats every tropical fruit.
What about John has been everywhere in Europe vs John has been anywhere in Europe, and everyone have passed this easy test vs anyone have passed this easy test.
I think it could be possible in some cases (depending on context). Or I am wrong? :roll:

These don't have the same meaning for me. I'll eat any tropical fruit - I will try all the ones that I come across - but I cannot claim to eat every tropical fruit because there are so many different ones.

After your post Tdol, I am trying to understand you. I think any + derivatives can interchange every + derivatives, in some cases. But rarely.
