Is there any difference in the usage of the preposition in the sentences?
1.Don't be careless of your own health.
2.Jack is careless about his good reputation.
Or they are interchangeable?

I am a Non-NEST (non-native English-speaking teacher)

I would say 'He is careless WITH (his health, money etc)'.
