''she and i '' and ''her and i '',may i know which is the correct one ??
thank you very much :)

Neither. The pronoun "I" is capitalized.

I is a subject.
She is a subject.

Her is an object.
Me is an object.

Never, ever would the object "her" go with the subject "I."

She and I are going to the mall.
He wrote to both of us, to her and me.

What is the sentence you plan to use this in?

Thank you very much.
My actual sentence would be '' Only she and I who are going to the party.'' (It is a casual talk in a conversation).
Is this correct ?

Delete the word "who" and you're okay.

Delete the word "who" and you're okay.

Thank you very much !
But, may I know when do I supposed to use the word '' who'' in the middle of the sentence ?

Of all the girls in the class, she and I were the only ones who were going.

Who leads off a clause, which will include a verb.

Thank you very much!
Your explanations are very comprehensive.:)
