Susan: Well don’t just run off. Come and hang out with us.

Edie: Boy, you are one sick ticket.​

Edie: It’s not bad enough that I have to watch you throw yourself at him everyday, and now you want to make sure that I see it up-close and personal? ​

I've never heard the expression "sick ticket", but I have met with similar expressions like "you're sick" or "a sick individual", it means "a strange person".
