What is the passive sentence to the following active sentence?

She killed herself.

What is the passive sentence to the following active sentence?

She killed herself.

I would be inclined to say that this is not a sentence that can be changed into the passive. The person involved is both the subject and the object. If I had to try, I would suggest:

She was killed by her own hand.

You can have she was killed by Tom, but she was killed by her suggest a second woman and she was killed by herself suggests she died alone. Given that she/herself is the same person, there's no logical reason that I can see to put it into the passive and no direct way other than by rephrasing it as suggested above.
