can this be better or any other phrase which can be used
1)I am drying myself(after bath)
2) Please dry off yourself or it should be only ,please dry off
3) Hows work going?
4) Please dry off your hair or please dry your hair

My preferences:
1) OK
2) "Dry off" is a separable phrasal verb. So, I would go with "dry yourself off".
3) "How's....."
4) "Please dry your hair".

In Br English it's quite (more?) common to talk about 'getting dry'; it's also possible to use 'towel' as a verb, but to my ear 'towelling themselves down' is what tennis players do between points.
