OR

OR

3)"In our town "we have vs there are" a few stores that sell professional grade equipment."
Is it OK with "professional grade equipment"? Which one is more natural to your ear?

They are both OK, equally natural.

In most contexts, I would not say it because it might sund substard- you'd probably be better off using a word like regular.

I would suggest professional-grade, with the hyphen, before the noun.
