Most frequently heard is "one O one point two." As you are talking about body temperature, the "degrees Fahreheit" is understood.

In normal conversation, Rover's answer is the most common one in BrE. As we have officially used Celsius for many years, many people add 'Fahrenheit' if they use that scale, even if it should be obvious.
