I'm not saying it's flat out wrong, but "all your" sounds strange with singular objects. I'd only use it for plural objects:

"All your bases belong to us."
"All your cows are dead."
"All your sentences are incorrect."

Technically, there should be an 'of' between 'all' and 'your', but sometimes native speakers omit it.

I wouldn't use "all" in the sentence "Your all sentence is wrong". It sounds weird to me. I would say - Your whole sentence is wrong.

But "All your sentences are wrong" seems correct to me.

I would also said "All of your sentences are wrong". Without "of" it makes me feel that I missed something.

Is it serious mistake? Which one ("all your..." or "all of your...") sounds better grammatically?

Both 'All your sentences ...' and 'all of your sentences ...' are grammatically correct.
